Select 我的媒体 从航向导航

点击 添加新 , 创作捕获 中,选择 打开创作捕获

不要相机， click to toggle off, click 再一次。 to toggle on.

发布到画布

记录ings are not available to users until you add 的 video to 媒体画廊. 

登录到Canvas，选择 媒体画廊 . Select +媒体 在右上方. A listing of your recordings in 我的媒体 显示. Place a check in 的 box 到 left of 的 recording(s) you want to add 到 course. 向上滚动并选择 发布 . (note, this may not show immediately – remember, dep结束ing on size may take a bit)

• Want to 减少 (remove) 的 开始 视频的一部分 和 remove 的 结束 视频的一部分?
• 去 我的媒体 ，选择 铅笔 ’ ( Edit图标 )到 right 视频的一部分 you want to edit
• Select 启动Edit器 从Edit器屏幕

时间轴Edit

• 点击“ 剪刀 ’ to 分裂
• 移动 时间线修剪选项卡 ( 黄色的标签 )到 点  你想去哪里 结束 的 减少
• 点击“ 剪刀 再次 分裂
• 现在只需点击' 垃圾桶的 to 删除 这个部分

保存副本

• 确保永远“ Err on 的 side of Caution ”, 保存 a copy 视频的一部分 just in case!
• 选择“ 保存副本 ” from 的 top right of 的 Edit器 screen
• 输入a title (can keep 的 same title 和 just add ‘revised’ if desi红色的)
• 点击 Create . Now you have 的 edited video 和 you still have 的 original. 完成了!

Embedding 创作 记录ings/Videos within Canvas

创作 recordings can be embedded directly within Canvas from 的 Rich Content Edit器 (e.g., in Edit mode 的 RCE is available in Announcements, Discussions, Assignments/测试zes, 和 页面.

的使用 页面 allows 为 a video “trailer” of your 创作 recording 和 students watch 的 视频 right within 的 page, no worries that students cannot access video, no problems with 的m finding 的 right video.

NOTE: 的 below instructions are focused on 模块 和 页面 but can be applied to all areas 的 RCE is available.

Create 页面 within a Module

• 去 模块
• 要么Create一个新的 模块(+模块) or 添加项(+) 到现有模块.
• Select 页面 然后选择 新页面

标题你的页面并点击 添加物品

Edit 的 Newly Created 页面

• Select 的 item just created by clicking 的 name. 在下一个屏幕上选择 Edit

  If you have not previously chosen any apps, you will see 的 below window after clicking 应用程序 . 点击 嵌入创作 Media .

  

• On Let’s get 开始ed screen中,选择 “从库中添加”
  
  
• Select < / >Embed 到 right of 的 desi红色的 video
  

发布到画布

一旦你 保存并发布 , students will be able to go 到 respective Module 和 click on 的 page. When opened, video will be embedded within Canvas where 的y can 开始 和 play 的 video
